Awesome, totally awesome! I've just started testing the IF thing before i unload it omy athletes at crossfit Gwinnett. So far, after 4-5 fasts over a week and a half period I've feel great. Too good actually. My co-guinea pig and i are kind of liking it a lot. We feel wrong, almost on days when we eat from morning till night, or all day eating. I ve start teed by eating at 16-18 hrs, a few times per week. If that happens to be a WOD day then so be it, and vie been quite surprised. Normally I'd be worried going into a wod about my Ike or Possible PR or the normal pre wod jitters, now on a fast day im nervous about whether the fast is going to fuck me up. And yet nothing. In fact, if anything positive performance increases. Today i did a 45-55 minute hugh intensity interval bicycle ride and i was very worried that in hour 16, which is about when the ride started i would crash after a few minutes, but no. I trucked through with almost no endurance problems whatsoever.

Thanks for a greqt blog, now i have to go back and read all 45 days!
Sp
